Service Description

This class supports and educates mamas on the importance of movement while journeying through the stages of pregnancy and beyond. An amazing way to connect with your baby, with other mamas, and a chance to celebrate and explore the changes in your mental, emotional, and physical body as you prepare for birth and motherhood. In this class we use movement, pranayama practices and other labor coping techniques to help mom and baby feel more comfortable and prepared for the days ahead.
