Love in Motion is now available to rent. Our studio is open to creatives, artists, movers, educators and anyone who is looking for an open physical space to offer their services. This may be in the form of weekly classes, workshops, trainings, or small gatherings, as well as one-time events.

Hourly rate for one-time use:
$50/hour, minimum of two hours
If booking five or more events within a calendar year, there will be a discount of 10%. Each individual event will still require a minimum of 2 hours.
Contracted weekly rental rates:
3 month contract of weekly sessions: $45/hour
6 month contract of weekly sessions: $40/hour
12 month contract of weekly sessions: $35/hour
Contracted weekly rentals do not require a minimum of two hours. If additional time outside of the allocated hour is need to fully turn around (ie. 75 or 90 minutes) then we will adjust accordingly. The expectation for the hourly rate is that the studio will be tidied and vacant for the next hour.
Sessions where 15+ people are in attendance will be charged an extra $20/hour to account for maintenance of the studio. This rate applies to both one-time and weekly contracts and can be negotiated for 3, 6, and 12 months agreements.
Any events that require outdoor shoes on in the studio, significant outside equipment or food will require an additional cleaning fee or a deposit of $65 if the party prefers to clean themselves.
All parties are required to take out trash bag(s) to prevent smells and rot for other guests if food and beverages are included in the event.
Weekly contracts are paid for in advance. If a party does not intend to use the space during a session during any week within their contract, full payment is still required for that week with the exception of Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day. Refunds will not be issued if a party cancels a session last minute.
Finally, this is a brand new and evolving project, therefore all policies and specificities are subject to change. Any additional factors that arise will be addressed as necessary. We are thrilled to be able to continue using our space in a creative manner and to have it open to an even greater portion of our incredible community. We appreciate your kindness and patience as we navigate the newness of it all.
