warm and sun filled 2nd floor space.  Accessibility note:  There are 18 stairs to ascend to arrive at our studio.  


we have some props available to share:  bands, balls and dowels.  We ask that you bring any blocks, blankets, bolsters and mats.  

knowledgeable instructors

we ask that you let our instructors know if you have active injuries.  While our instructors work within their scope, they will provide options in order to allow you to practice at your pace.

Welcome to love in motion..
We focus on movement therapy influenced yoga and are the winners of Buffalo Spree's Best Yoga Studio for 2 consecutive years. As movers, athletes and multifaceted human beings, we strive to teach our students how to be better, more resilient people, both physically & mentally.

In addition to our drop in classes, we offer many specialty classes that are complimentary to your lifestyle, movement practices & athletics.

While we are under quarantine, we are offering online classes that are live streamed directly to your home.  

Register online (via Mindbody) and we will email you a zoom link 15 minutes prior to class beginning.
