we utilize props for support, resistance, feedback and more. you can use ours or bring your own blanket, block, and strap. we have community mats available or bring your own mat for hygiene.
we ask that you let our instructors know if you have active injuries. While our instructors work within their scope, they will provide options in order to allow you to practice at your pace.

While we are under quarantine, we are offering online classes that are live streamed directly to your home.
Register online (via Mindbody) and we will email you a zoom link 15 minutes prior to class beginning.
